Gart Sutton & Associates, Inc. (GSA) has announced its fall schedule of one and two-day management workshops. These continuously-revised classes are part of an In-Depth Dealership Education, Accountability & Leadership education system.

There are workshops designed for dealer principals, general managers, department managers, and staff members. The training facility is located near the airport in Denver, CO.

“Learning a process does nothing unless it gets implemented and maintained,” states Steve Jones, course developer & trainer. The highly-interactive verbal, written and visual training makes students active participants to increase learning retention & drive implementation.

Students learn the latest best business processes to increase productivity, profitability and customer retention. They analyze actual dealer 20-club data composites to gain knowledge of the measurements required for effective management and employee accountability. GSA provides current dealer and industry benchmarks as baselines for goal-setting and performance tracking. The workshops also cover personnel management components such as recruiting, hiring and motivating employees. Participants receive comprehensive workbooks and CDs containing forms and job aids.

Current 2014 workshops/dates include:

• Parts Management: Aug. 25-26

• F&I Level 1: Aug. 25-26

• Service Management: Sept. 8-9

• Service Advisor: Sept. 10

• Dealership Management: Sept. 29-30

• F&I Level 2 NEW: Sept. 29-30

• Sales Management: Oct. 27-28
