Pirelli Moto has announced the appointment of David Presten as National Account Manager, in an effort to support and increase its operations in the NAFTA region.

“This appointment will be instrumental in continuing our growth and support of both Motorcycle dealers and our business in the US, Canada, and Mexico. We’re excited to have David on board, as it reflects our commitment to help us and our dealers in the region grow by investing in great people with riding heritage and expertise,” said Scott Griffin, VP Business Unit Moto, Pirelli LLC.

David Presten comes to Pirelli with 18 years of experience in the motorcycle industry.

After starting his career at the dealer level working in a parts department, David was hired as a sales representative at a tire manufacturer upon graduation. While there, David developed his sales techniques and quickly moved up the ranks, gaining valuable insight into how the motorsports industry fulfils consumer demand by working on the manufacturer level of business. Most recently, David was at Fox Racing Inc as a multi-state Outside Sales Representative, gaining further important experience at this multi-state level.

Finally, David brings extensive road riding knowledge to the role, as an avid motorcycle rider who participates in various off-road racing events.

Thanks to this extensive sales and broader industry experience, David will be a valuable addition to the Moto team in his new role as National Accounts Manager for Pirelli Moto NAFTA. Pirelli Moto plans to continue the team’s growth in the coming year.
