Western Power Sports Announces Updates to Sales Team

WPS' recent growth has resulted in an expansion of its personnel. The company has hired several industry veterans to assist with various brands, including FLY Street Gear, Shinko Tire, Sedona Tires & Wheel, Spidi and HardDrive, WPS' recently launched American V-twin division.

Western Power Sports (WPS) has announced numerous additions to its sales force.

Mississippi outside sales rep Brian Morris has been promoted to the newly created position of Sedona Tires & Wheel brand manager. Sam Tanzer, former street tech for WPS and active sportbike rider, has been promoted to the new position of Shinko Tire brand manager; while former inside sales rep Jeremy Weismann has been chosen for the new role of FLY Street Gear and Spidi apparel brand manager.

With the launch of HardDrive, WPS’ American V-twin division, the company has brought on three industry veterans to lead three of its regional territories. Ronnie Wehr, formerly of Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialties, has been hired as West regional manager. For the Northeast region, HardDrive has brought on Steve Zagorski, also coming to the company after 14 years at Drag Specialties and another three years at Custom Chrome. Finally, HardDrive has tapped Sy Seiler for the Central region, another industry veteran after 14 years with Drag Specialties.

In addition, FLY Racing has added two new hires to its team. Bruce Parry, previously of Fox Racing and Tucker Rocky/MSR, will work in international sales, while pro racer Jimmy Povolny joins the team as new amateur rider support manager.
