WPS Employee Spotlight

WPS announced several new hires and moves within the company, including the departments of IT, transportation logistics, print production and the warehouse.

For over 59 years, Western Power Sports has delivered products to the powersports industry through its regional warehouse network based in Idaho, California, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Texas. WPS is highlighting the accomplishments and roles of their employees who work with several of the company’s featured brands, more than 130,000 products and over 10,000 dealers worldwide.

WPS is proud to introduce the new Boise Warehouse Manager, Jeff Searcy.  Originally born in southern California, Searcy has had a longtime passion for desert racing and motocross. After moving to Idaho in 2002, Searcy worked for a grocery distribution company for 16 years as Operations Manager until transitioning to WPS as Boise Warehouse Manager. In his off-time he rides dirt bikes and plays guitar.

Originally hired in 2018 as a Photo Editor, Tihani Moore quickly moved to Print Production Artist where she was instrumental in implementing new processes and tasks for a variety of departments within WPS. After seeing her success, Moore has been promoted to catalog manager, helping guide a team to create, organize and send out the company’s diverse collection of catalogs.

With over 20 years of logistics experience across a wide variety of companies, Amy Timony is a perfect fit to manage the complex transportation and logistics department of WPS. As a mother of two at Boise State University and an avid outdoors-woman, she is the perfect fit within the WPS family as senior transportation manager-logistics.

A Boise native with well over a decade of experience in IT, systems, and network administration, Paul Gee is a natural fit to help guide the booming growth of WPS and their IT networks. In his spare time, Gee is busy with two daughters exploring parks or enjoying the pool.
