Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) has announced the hiring of former Brunswick Boat Group President Andrew Graves as its new Chief Executive Officer. Graves will lead the next phase of integration following the 2014 merger of Tucker Rocky/Biker’s Choice and MAG, and drive the long-term strategy of the combined company. He becomes CEO of MAG effective immediately.

ARI Announces Third Quarter Financial Results

Total revenue for the quarter was $8.2 million, a 44.0 percent increase over the third quarter of fiscal year 2012. Recurring revenue for the quarter increased 60.1 percent to $7.7 million, or 93.0 percent of total revenue, from $4.8 million, or 83.7 percent of total revenue, for the same period in fiscal 2012.

ARI Network Services Announces Second Quarter Results

The company also announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with various accredited investors in a private placement of $4.8 million of common stock at a price of $1.50 per share.
