Find It Now (FIN) USA, LLC has announced the addition of Shane Hildy as its new national sales manager.

Hildy joins the FIN team with over 27 years of experience in the powersports industry with hands-on knowledge in finance, sales and management. Hildy fully understands the FIN platform, as it was one of his larger offerings while working in finance and insurance (F&I) at the dealer level.

Hildy is extensively familiar with all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts and business development. Hildy has a strong understanding of the needs for larger groups as well as small, independent dealerships. FIN is confident that Hildy is a perfect fit for its growing dealer network.

Parts Unlimited has announced the newest sales rep for the South Central region covering Missouri and Arkansas: Joby Windmiller.

Windmiller comes to Parts Unlimited with several years of powersports industry experience, including sales and marketing at the distributor level. He started riding at a young age and has competed in motocross, hare scrambles and road racing. He currently enjoys motocross track days, woods riding and dual-sport adventures and is a Charter Life Member of the American Motorcycle Association.
