The MIC is sponsoring a Women in Powersports professional meeting during the in-person Women’s Motorcycle Festival and Conference in Arlington, Virginia, not far from the nation’s capital. The Women’s Industry Meeting & Breakfast Powered by MIC will be at the Crystal City Sports Pub on Thursday, August 19, from 9 am to noon.
“Hear the latest on industry-wide market expansion efforts and how they impact the industry, the latest on how women riders and women in the industry impact the future of powersports, and more importantly, how you can Ride With Us through the MIC’s market-expansion initiative,” said Cinnamon Kernes, MIC vice president of marketing and events
Others in the industry will speak about inspiration, mindset, and career advancement. The festival and conference, hosted by Alisa Clickenger’s Women’s Motorcycle Tours, will also celebrate the Suffragists Centennial Ride – a cross-country women’s motorcycle tour, July 31 through August 20, highlighting the 100th anniversary of women’s voting rights in the United States.
