MIC Events Adds New Account Manager

Just in time for the big show in Columbus, John Simanovich, who has lived and breathed powersports from a young age, is joining MIC Events as an account manager with the sales team.

Just in time for the big show in Columbus, John Simanovich, who has lived and breathed powersports from a young age, is joining MIC Events as an account manager with the sales team. Simanovich has more than 13 years of marketing, media, and event experience in the powersports industry. 

Before joining the MIC, he was business development manager for print, digital and social media at the Bonnier Motorcycle Group and was responsible for multiple marketing campaigns across the motorsports industry. Simanovich also worked at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, AXO America Inc., Utopia Optics and is a part-time race announcer and event host for the Super Hooligan National Championship, among other events. 

“In our pursuit of customer service excellence, we want to put together the best team possible to work with all our partners,” said Cinnamon Kernes, vice president and general manager of MIC Events. “That’s why I’m so happy to have John join us, and just in time for AIMExpo presented by Nationwide. We strive to ensure our customers’ needs and those of the powersports industry are at the core of what we do every day.”

“I know I’m diving right into my new job, but I’m ready and excited to work with my team members to put on another epic event in Columbus,” Simanovich said.
