SG_JeffWolbersNew face for Kuryakyn… In addition to introducing a new look logo at the V-Twin Expo, the aftermarket brand has a couple new personnel postings.

Jeff Wolbers is the Wisconsin brand’s new director of business development. “Jeff is an avid motorcyclist who’s excited for the opportunity to join Kuryakyn and have the chance to be part of the powersports industry again,” says Kuryakyn VP of Brand Management Steve Veltri.

“Jeff has worked with agricultural OEM accounts for the last two years, and this experience combined with his past employment at High Gear Specialties and National Cycle will support his future effort in growing our OEM P&A channel.”

SG_JohnNasiAlso on the road for the new look Kuryakyn is events manager John Nasi. “John started his motorcycle industry career more than 19 years ago at Titan Motorcycles before eventually moving on to work with Big Dog Motorcycles and BDM Performance Products,” says Veltri. Most recently with Performance Machine, Nasi is no stranger to the tradeshow and national rallies environment.

For the past three years he served as PM’s Central U.S. Factory Representative, managing the dealer network in 22 states. “John educated the dealer base, trained Tucker Rocky and Biker’s Choice reps and supported PM’s presence at tradeshows and national rallies across the country,” notes Veltri.

SG_ElenaMyersMcGraw Powersports has hired former Superbike racer Elena Myers to manage the company’s dealership network in the Pacific Northwest. “I’m excited for this new challenge with McGraw Powersports, which keeps me very much involved in the motorcycle world,” says Myers. “Working with McGraw last year on my racing program, I really enjoyed being an advocate for the company.” Myers finished fifth overall last season, the highest placing by a woman in the 39-year history of the Superbike class. She is also the only female to win a professional motorsports race at Daytona International Speedway.
