Officially launched on August 23, 2017, the site has already gained notoriety thanks to the recognition of Polaris and the reach of the Wide Open Media network, which includes four other sites with a web audience of 12 million monthly readers.

Wide Open Media Group along with presenting launch sponsor Polaris, has officially announced its newest content publishing venture, WideOpenRoads.com. The site is delivering authentic automotive news, information, and entertainment to the expansive online audience of car lovers, truck owners, ATV riders, and fans of just about anything with an engine that runs on wheels.

Officially launched on August 23, 2017, the site has already gained notoriety thanks to the recognition of Polaris and the reach of the Wide Open Media network, which includes four other sites with a web audience of 12 million monthly readers, and a reach of nearly 80 million Heartland consumers through numerous social pages and influencers. Wide Open Roads was the next step in relaying their expertise and information to their followers.

As the presenting launch sponsor, Polaris will be the exclusive off-road vehicle partner and help bring WideOpenRoads.com into the forefront of the off-road content arena. The presence and influence of Polaris, a true global leader in the powersports market, will be seen and felt throughout the content, social channels, and published media.

“For more than 30 years, Polaris off-road vehicles have been synonymous with adventure, innovation and fueling the passion of riders, workers and outdoor enthusiasts,” said Kyle Duea, Vice President of Marketing, Polaris. “So it was a natural fit for us to partner with one of the leading online voices dedicated to the Heartland of America as they launch Wide Open Roads.”

rEvolution, the Chicago-based sports marketing and media agency, is media agency of record for the off-road vehicles division of Polaris Industries.
