Zieger manufactures motorcycle crash bars, skid plates, center stands and luggage top racks for popular late-model adventure and street motorcycles. The addition of Zieger products to Twisted Throttle’s extensive portfolio of products affords the company the opportunity to offer more options to its customers.
Zieger’s in-house manufacturing capabilities of raw-metal forming and bending, laser cutting, welding and powder coating afford Zieger to have better in-house quality control over all the accessories it produces. A standard three-year product defect warranty comes with every Zieger product.
Zieger crash bars are constructed of 27-millimeter OD tubing with 1.5-millimeter wall thickness, consistently sized throughout the product for a uniform look. Powder-coat finishes are available in a variety of colors to complement factory-paint schemes. Zieger skid plates are formed of 3-millimeter-thick aluminum, utilize factory mounting points and are compatible with stock center stands. Zieger top luggage racks are laser cut 4-millimeter-thick aluminum plates with a selection of slots to accommodate cargo fastening straps and are coated in a protective powder coat finish. Zieger center stands are produced with powder-coated tubular steel and add convenience for maintenance and vehicle repair to bikes not originally equipped with a center stand.
