Greg Aspros will work out of the company’s Brainerd, Minn., office. He has previous sales and managerial experience at a motorsports dealership, works at three motocross tracks and currently serves as an AMA board member for District 23 in Minnesota.

Ron Benfield brings more than 20 years of experience in the motorsports industry, and most recently worked for Saddlemen as director of sales and marketing. He’s also worked with brands such as Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Suzuki.

Jay Verly, former Parts Unlimited sales rep for Iowa/South Dakota, will now serve as an outside sales representative for the Northwest region of Idaho. His previous territory will be replaced by newcomer Rob Oliva.

Yamaha Crowns 2013 U.S. Technician Grand Prix Champion

Jeff Eckman of Yamaha-Honda East in Maumee, Ohio, was named champion after competing in the U.S. Technician Grand Prix at Yamaha’s National Motorsports Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas. He will represent the U.S. at Yamaha’s 2014 World Technician Grand Prix, a head-to-head competition of international Yamaha-trained technicians to be held next year at Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. world headquarters in Iwata, Japan.
