NHRA Pro Stock Racer Steve Johnson Visits PowerSport Institute

Johnson, with his rig and pro stock motorcycle in tow, talked to students and instructors regarding employment opportunities and best practices for preparing for the job market. PSI also invited students to see Johnson race in Norwalk, Ohio, and one lucky student was able to venture to the pits and starting line.

National Hot Rod Association pro stock motorcycle racer and team owner Steve Johnson recently paid a visit to students at PowerSport Institute (PSI).

Johnson, with his rig and pro stock motorcycle in tow, talked to students and instructors regarding employment opportunities and best practices for preparing for the job market.

"Steve is such a great speaker," said PSI Campus Director Bernie Thompson. "During his presentation, the students and staff gained a great deal of knowledge and had a lot of fun with Steve and his team technicians."

PSI also invited students to see Johnson race in Norwalk, Ohio, and one lucky student was able to venture to the pits and starting line.

"Seeing the dedication and commitment on the team’s faces … was very inspiring and exciting," added Thompson.
