Novation North America Separates From D2M

Novation North America, Inc. (NNA), exclusive distributor of TCX boots in the USA, announces its intention to separate from D2M Inc. as part of a broader restructuring strategy.

D2M has provided the role of a third party sales management service for NNA since 2011, overseeing its direct-to-dealer sales effort in conjunction with D2M’s product catalog and vendor list. “D2M brought a lot of experience and knowledge to the table,” said Marc Bouchard, general manager of NNA. “While D2M provides a tremendous service to its vendors, their role with NNA was no longer compatible with our long-term strategy. We wish them all the best.” D2M will officially conclude its role with NNA by July 23rd, 2014.

TCX will continue to be distributed directly to dealers, through NNA’s network of sales representatives and by contacting NNA directly. This will enable TCX to offer better communication and sales conditions to its network of dealers.

“This step was necessary to ensure the continued long-term growth of the TCX brand in North America. This restructuring will allow us to focus our efforts on improving the dealer and end-user experience. TCX® is a world leader in the powersport footwear industry, and we need to ensure that our success in North America reflects our position in the global market. ” said Marc Bouchard.
