Lindeco Genuine Powersports has announced that it is the new North American distributor for GlobeScout premium handmade adventure equipment.
GlobeScout products are known worldwide for their premium-quality, handmade aluminum panniers for adventure bikes, and LGP is thrilled to distribute GlobeScout products to the North American market though its brand new website at https://globescoutusa.com/.
GlobeScout was founded in 2008 by Selim Özruh in Turkey with a focus on aluminum luggage systems. In 2009, GlobeScout started to produce one of the strongest handmade aluminum panniers on the market due to Özruh’s experience in door and window locking systems. Today, GlobeScout produces aluminum panniers both under the GlobeScout brand and also as an original equipment manufacturer.
Bora Salkim, an experienced motorcycle rider and BMW Motorrad Instructor in Istanbul, started as a mechanical engineering trainee at GlobeScout in 2011. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, two mechanical engineers, Özruh and Salkim became partners.
In 2011 Özruh and Salkim designed three rally bikes with all the special parts and navigation towers for DAKAR 2012. During both the DAKAR and TransAnatolia 2012 rallies, the new designs worked perfectly.
“We are extremely excited to be able to bring a special premium brand like GlobeScout to the North America for American and Canadian adventure riders,” said Andres Escobar, president of Lindeco Genuine Powersports. “ The detail, engineering and craftsmanship in the GlobeScout handmade aluminum panniers are incredible, and we are pleased to offer these amazing products to our customers and dealers.”
The GlobeScout line of premium handmade adventure equipment will be available to consumers through the GlobeScout USA website and for dealer sign-ups as well.
