Round one of the 2014 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship went down in Las Vegas as one of the most exciting races in EnduroCross history. EnduroCross promoters along with SONY have released the on-board footage of Webb's great night of racing shot on SONY's Action Cam, the newly released AS100V model.

Round one of the 2014 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship went down in Las Vegas as one of the most exciting races in EnduroCross history. Beta USA’s Cody Webb took the win by riding a nearly flawless race—narrowly missing the on-track carnage and cleanly lapping the challenging course lap-after-lap.

The GEICO AMA EnduroCross promoters along with SONY have released the on-board footage of Webb’s great night of racing shot exclusively on SONY’s flagship Action Cam, the newly released AS100V model.

Look for the SONY Action Cam Team capturing footage on the track at every round of the GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship. Next up for the EnduroCross Expert Men and Women riders is the X Games event in Austin, Texas on Friday, June 6th. Then the series will visit Sacramento, California on Saturday, June 21st.

The boards of the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC), Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF), Specialty Vehicle Institute of America (SVIA), and the Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association (ROHVA) voted unanimously to appoint Scott Schloegel as acting president and CEO of the associations. Diana Sanchez was appointed acting chief operating officer.

Schloegel and Sanchez, whose appointments are effective immediately, will also continue to serve in their current roles as senior vice president of government relations and vice president of operations respectively. The interim leadership was selected to ensure a seamless transition as the associations’ search committee continues to conduct a comprehensive review of the position of president and CEO, and a subsequent search to replace outgoing President and CEO Erik Pritchard.
