Cycle Country Sells Perf-form Product Line to Original Founder

Cycle Country Accessories Corp. recently announced that they have sold the Perf-form brand to the original founder – Doug Koelfgen.

Cycle Country Accessories Corp., recently announced that they have sold the Perf-form brand to the original founder – Doug Koelfgen.

Reaching a final agreement with the original owner of Perf-form oil filters, Tony Petersen, vice president of sales for Cycle Country said: “Doug Koelfgen was the original founder from whom Cycle Country purchased the business in 2002, and we felt selling it back to him was and is the best move for our Perf-form customers.”

Petersen further commented, “Under the terms of the purchase agreement, he received all of the brand assets including the extensive finished goods and raw material inventories, and all equipment, tooling and intellectual property necessary to operate. Mr. Koelfgen is going to operate Perf-form out of Spearfish, SD. And with his years of experience with these products, he expects to be in full production within 90 days. He has the knowledge and passion to continue expanding the product line to meet the expectations of the customers.”
