Michael MacGregor has signed on as the product manager for Scorpion Sports, Inc. In his new role, the avid street and off-road rider will handle product development for both helmets and ExoWear apparel, not to mention running the racer support and PR/marketing functions for the company.

“We are really looking forward to working with Michael to expand the Scorpion brand,” said National Sales Manager Jon Eide. “Having spent the past 11 years with Helmet House, where he had a hands-on role with product design, sourcing, product development and marketing for their proprietary and distributed brands, Michael really knows all aspects of brand building. But more importantly, he rides, so he understands our customers!”

MacGregor said: “I caught motorcycle fever in the sixth grade when I moved from the city out to the country in Agoura Hills. Today, my main machines are an ’08 YZF-R1 for the street and an ’04 DR-Z400.”

During the past decade, MacGregor has developed and brought a number of products to market, including technical street and off-road riding apparel, footwear, casual wear and licensed apparel.
