MPN Launches New Website

Welcome to the new MotorcycleProductNews.com. With an updated look and more content than ever before, MPN delivers a daily dose of business intelligence for powersports dealers.

I’m very excited to introduce the launch of the new www.motorcycleproductnews.com! Not only has our Internet portal gotten a name change (www.mpnmag.com will continue to direct traffic to the new www.motorcycleproductnews.com, so if you’ve got us saved as one of your favorites, you’re good to go!), our totally redesigned site gets a pretty new face and a slew of new content!

In the past, our online news content was somewhat limited, but with the new site, we’ll deliver you breaking news on a daily basis covering the aftermarket, OEMs, legistation and just about anything else to do with the powersports market. In conjunction with that more robust focus on news content, our weekly eNews email blast has gotten a facelift and will deliver more stories than ever before!

Product is our middle name, and now we hope to be your first stop for new product information on the web. New products will also get added to www.motorcycleproductnews.com on a daily basis, and we’re introducing a product-specific email called the “Essentials Update” that will go out once a week as well.

Wanna sign up for our newsletters? Click the “subscribe” button in the top navigation to learn more.

I’m probably most excited to announce that the MPN Online Buyer’s Guide is getting an upgrade. It will be even easier to navigate our “Industry Bible” online. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, you can link straight to an information request — all within our site!

In addition to all of this amazing exclusive online content, we’re adding archived content from the pages of Motorcycle Product News. Search through business articles on F&I, management, sales and the web or read up on industry leaders in our profiles section.

In the months to come we’ll be adding a dedicated service section to the website, and to the pages of the magazine as well. We’ll feature more regular tool coverage along with the introduction of a “Tech Tips” column dedicated to your service department.

At MPN, we’re dedicated to delivering you the content you need to succeed. Is something still missing? I want to hear from you about the content you need to get your job done, and as always we’re happy to hear your feedback on what we’re doing right and what’s missing the mark.

Drop me a line at [email protected] — I’d love to hear from you.

Wanna see the MPN team in person? Drop by booth 38033 at SEMA Nov. 2-5 in Las Vegas.

The right finance and insurance (F&I) pay plan rewards F&I managers based on performance. It motivates managers, reinforces the dealer's commitment to customer satisfaction, and ensures continuous improvement in F&I performance and profits. A bad pay plan can cause high turnover, confusion, anxiety and poor business performance, directly impacting the bottom line. In many cases, it can cause the dealer to overpay for subpar performance.
