Gart Sutton & Associates has announced it will be holding a 2-Day Management Workshop in Dallas, TX on Feb. 27-28. These interactive, 2-day training sessions cover the essential processes and best business practices that create successful and profitable dealerships. Attendees will receive comprehensive workbooks and current industry benchmarks for analysis and comparison, as well as a “tool kit” of useful forms and job aids. Students will be challenged to develop action plans to drive improvements and process implementation.

2-Day Dealership Management for GM/DP

Instructor Steve Jones will cover key topics including: Establishing Sales, F&I, PC&A & Service as independent Profit Centers; improving functionality by building an internal communications structure; managing and motivating your team; improving dealership operations and profitability by recognizing and implementing essential best business practices in each department; improving efficiency & productivity by setting goals and holding staff accountable for performance, and more.

New 2-Day Advanced Sales and F&I Management

Instructor Gart Sutton will cover key topics including: Understanding the Sales/F&I relationship; managing versus selling; working deals for maximum profitability; managing the sales process; setting up the turns to finance; word-tracks for “tough” conversations; establishing and maintaining lender relationships; selling paper to lenders; inter-departmental relationships; tracking performance statistics, and more.
