ProTaper Partners With Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Off-Road

Two of the off-road world’s pioneers team up as ProTaper joins forces with Factory Husqvarna and top racers for the coming season. “ProTaper is pleased to announce a partnership with the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Off-Road Team for the 2015 season… and beyond,” says ProTaper Brand Manager Paul Perebijnos.
“With 2014 champions Andrew DeLong and Jacob Argubright returning to the team, and the addition of veteran Mike Brown, Factory Husky will be a force to be reckoned with!” Joining this strong group of contenders is past champ Josh Strang who completes the team’s in-house factory effort. Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Off-Road will use and endorse ProTaper’s EVO handlebars, sprockets and grips.
“The multiple disciplines of off-road racing my guys are competing in are very grueling and really put both rider and machine to the test each and every time we race,” adds Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Team Manager Timmy Weigand. “ProTaper supplies us with a product line I know I can trust to withstand the torture my guys put their machines through, and give us a shot at winning every time we compete.”
In addition to the four-man Factory Team, young gun Colton Haaker will compete in 2015 on a Husqvarna Factory support ride equipped with ProTaper components as well.
“I am very excited about the relationship we have forged with the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Off-Road Team and the entire Husqvarna brand as well,” says Perebijnos. “The storied history of the brand and the exceptional staff they have in place make working with them a pleasure! I look forward to watching both brands achieve racing success and expand sales this season.”
