Dominion Powersports is continuing one of the powersports industry’s most comprehensive and popular educational programs in 2014 with more complimentary offerings this month.

The Pulse, a sales and marketing learning program available through various online channels, will relaunch Feb. 12 with a webinar focusing on evolving powersports mobile consumers and the marketing tools and tactics necessary to reach them.

The online event will be just one element of Dominion Powersports’ 2014 Pulse series, which last year reached up to 600 powersports dealers a month, many of whom participated in varying formats. This extensive industry reach was accomplished through monthly webinars, an educational video series and an industry-only discussion group on the social networking site LinkedIn.

The Pulse’s educational sessions covered a variety of topics, but webinars focusing on Facebook, service department marketing strategies and improved management of prospects and customers were the most popular.

“In 2014, we look forward to leveraging the experience offered by the Dominion Powersports team with industry experts and dealers who will provide training, share growth opportunities and maximize profit potential for our extensive network of dealership customers,” said Jeff Littlejohn, president of Dominion Powersports Solutions. “As always, the content of this collaboration is provided to our dealership partners at no cost online, so they and their teams can access it at the most convenient time.”

The Pulse’s free dealer learning opportunities in 2014 will include:

· The webinar series that kicks off Feb. 12 with a focus on powersports mobile shoppers, a rapidly growing industry segment. Register for the webinar at www4.gotomeeting.com/register/456738399.

· An educational video series that begins in March.

· Collaborative OEM learning opportunities. The 2013 Pulse series included a Suzuki-sponsored service webinar that reached more than 300 of its dealers.

· The Pulse, an industry-only LinkedIn group, features regular interactions and discussions on pressing sales and marketing matters like effective Facebook strategies, issues to address at sales department meetings, and marketing events that result in improved store traffic.

For information on how to access the many Pulse offerings, dealers can contact Dominion Powersports’ Industry Communications Manager Neil Pascale at [email protected].
