“Rev Up Your Suzuki Service Department Strategies & Revenue” discussed successful spring and winter programs that have yielded profitable sales and CSI results for service departments. The hour-long presentation also featured tips on improving online marketing, including dealership website strategies. The webinar is now available online and can be downloaded at no cost to dealers.

The special webinar was jointly produced by Suzuki Motor of America and Dominion, which is comprised of industry-leading brands ZiiOS, PowerSports Network, CycleTrader, Traffic Log Pro, Dominion Insights and DX1.

“It was one of the best, most useful webinars I have ever attended. It had great ideas, useful ‘how-to’ examples and good speakers,” said Alysan Azman, general manager of Schiets Motorsports in Fremont, Ohio. “My service manager watched it with me and was also inspired by many of the ideas.”

Jim Kirkland, Suzuki’s director of motorcycle and ATV service, and other members of the OEM’s service team worked with Dominion Powersports Solutions to produce the complimentary webinar for the Suzuki dealer network. “I would highly recommend this webinar to dealers, as it provides a dynamite list of ideas that have proven to really pump up a service department’s bottom line,” said Kirkland.
