JohnDow Industries Adds Director – Wheel Service Products Position

Ed Jones, who spent the past six years working in the TPMS market, has been appointed to the newly created position. He has 17 years in the repair industry and is regarded as one of the leading TPMS trainers nationwide and is a Tire Industry Association (TIA) Automotive Tire Service Advanced Instructor with a wealth of TPMS product knowledge.

Mark Pfleeger, vice president – sales & new business development of JohnDow Industries, recently announced the appointment of Ed Jones to the newly created position of director – wheel service products.  

“Ed has over 32 years of automotive aftermarket sales, marketing and management experience," said Pfleeger. "We are excited to bring his TPMS product expertise, his energy, his high level of professionalism and his integrity to the JDI team, and ultimately to our customers. He fits right into our philosophy that taking proper care of customers is always first priority.”

Jones’ experience includes 17 years in the tire repair industry, with the last six years working in the TPMS market. He is regarded as one of the leading TPMS trainers nationwide and is a Tire Industry Association (TIA) Automotive Tire Service Advanced Instructor with a wealth of TPMS product knowledge.

Previously, Jones served as national sales manager, South, with Bartec USA, and regional sales manager with Dill Air Control Products, where he conducted hundreds of TPMS training seminars nationally. His past experience includes positions with Arrow Pneumatics, Schrader-Bridgeport International Inc. and Genuine Parts Company.
