This kit will transform a worn-out 4-speed swingarm shovelhead into a sleek, wild, driving machine sporting a 1990 and later drivetrain. Rivera Primo’s conversion kit replaces taper shaft 4-speed units with a brand new polished PowerDrive 6-speed close ratio splined shaft transmission made specifically for a swingarm frame.

The kit comes with a brand new Primo Brute IV Extreme 3″ polished Open Belt Drive System, a Monster Torque 1.4 kw chrome and polished gear reduction starter, transmission mounting plate and hardware. All this for around $3200. Kit # 1071-0001.

All these kits work with Rivera Primo’s new Mid Controls that are designed to bolt on to the Brute IV Extreme and Powerdrive transmission. The Mid Controls are polished billet aluminum and includes stylish master cylinder assembly. These Mid Controls are a bolt-on installation with all Rivera Primo 4 to 6 Conversion Kits using the Brute IV Extreme.

The Brute IV Extreme that is included in the 6-speed conversion kit is also bolt-in ready to accept a spin-on oil filter between the front and rear pulleys, a must for shovelhead owners that either have no filter or use the obsolete fiber filter.

With this kit create a late model starter motor to replace a stock unit, an open belt drive to replace the chain drive primary, a new clutch that really works, and an extra two gears with a spline shaft.
