MAG Announces Executive Shifts

The Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) has appointed Kevin Strawbridge to head its Retail and Media Groups. The parent company to both online retailers Motorcycle SuperStore and J&P Cycles, as well as Motorcycle-USA.com and “America’s Motorcycle Weekly” CycleNews, recently consolidated its retail operations in Irving, Texas.

The Leatherworks offers matching seats and saddlebags which allows for something besides the standard black. The company can build bags and recover seats with matching leather or it can use the same leather as some of the seat manufacturers to create exactly matching saddlebags.

Polaris Reports Third Quarter Earnings

Polaris Industries Inc. has reported record third quarter net income of $155.2 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, an increase of 10 percent from the prior year’s third quarter net income of $140.8 million.

Polaris Reports Record Second-Quarter 2015 Results

Polaris Industries Inc. has reported a record second-quarter ended June 30, 2015, with an increase of 4 percent from the prior year. The second-quarter results included additional manufacturing costs and inefficiencies, as Polaris worked to scale-up production and add capacity to the paint system at the company’s motorcycle facility in Spirit Lake, Iowa.
