BMW Motorrad Achieves Historic First Quarter

In the first three months of this year BMW Motorrad sales were higher than ever before in a first quarter. Supplies as of March came to a total of 28,719 vehicles versus 24,732 units in that same period last year, making for an increase in sales of 16.1%.

Perusa Partners has acquired the majority stake in German helmet manufacturer Schuberth Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries (Schuberth Group). The former owner, an affiliate of the Susquehanna International Group LLP of Bala Cynwyd, Penn., retains a minority stake in Schuberth. The new owners intend to maintain this successful corporate vision and drive internationalization forward, according to the company.
