Nearly 400 motorcycles are staged and ready for National Powersport Auctions (NPA) Grand Opening event set for Wednesday, March 8th in its newest location in Philadelphia. The 35,000 sq./ft. operation is key to creating coast-to-coast convenience for the nation’s powersports retailers.
“Philly represents a new region of the country for us,” says NPA COO, Jim Woodruff. “With an additional location east of our Cincinnati location we make it even easier and quicker for dealers to buy and sell product.”
In addition to the auction, NPA will be hosting a happy hour and open house on Tuesday, March 7th starting at 4pm. As part of the happy hour NPA will conduct an Auction 101 seminar starting at 5pm. The seminar will be conducted by NPA’s lead auctioneer and will walk dealers through the vehicle inspection and live auction process to answer any questions the dealers might have. “This is a great opportunity for dealers that are new to the auction process or NPA to get to know the NPA team and how an NPA auction operates,” adds Woodruff.
“The auction inventory is a reflection of Eastern dealers’ needs,” states Bob Fitzpatrick, general operations manager for NPA’s Philadelphia location. “We have plenty of clean, late model sport bikes, cruisers, adventure bikes and even side-by-sides in the mix.” Of course the same exacting condition reports and online inventory previews have been incorporated into NPA Philadelphia’s process to make it easier for dealers to participate.
NPA Philadelphia is located in Bristol, PA near the intersection of the 95 and 276 freeways, just 29 miles north of the Philadelphia airport.
