METZELER has announced Moto Garage Racing as its newest distributor for motorcycle tires in the road racing and sport bike segments. Located just outside Denver, Moto Garage is the brainchild of former AMA Pro Road Racer Scott Jensen and is dedicated to serving track day competitors and enthusiasts. The rider friendly shop will serve as the sole distributor in North America for the RACETEC SLICK COMPK, which has been designed for competitive track days and endurance racing.

“Everyone at Moto Garage Racing is extremely pleased to begin this partnership with such an iconic brand like Metzeler,” said Jensen. “After testing the current Metzeler sport bike lineup, I was very impressed with both the level of traction and durability of the product. The successful results following the test have encouraged us to start selling Metzeler tires in order to help elevate the track riders’ experience.”

In addition to the RACETEC SLICK COMPK, there will be several other tire options available to tailor the needs of each rider, including the RACETEC RR and SPORTEC M7 RR. The RACETEC RR has been developed and put to the ultimate test with teams and riders by winning prestigious road races around the world, including the Isle of Man TT. Metzeler’s SPORTEC M7 RR boasts a more aggressive tread pattern that is designed to perform in all road and weather conditions whether wet or dry.

A special, limited-time promotion is currently available on Metzeler street tires, offering motorcyclists the chance to receive a $40 prepaid gift card by mail when purchasing a set (a front and a rear) of qualifying tires. Visit www.metzeler.com/usmotopromo for more information.
