FIN GPS Recovers 2022 Yamaha 700R

The owner's truck broke down on the highway, and when he returned to it, his ATV was missing.

Find It Now (FIN) GPS Security has announced the recovery of a 2022 Yamaha Raptor ATV. As a FIN customer was traveling to Atlanta from Dallas, North Carolina, the truck trailering his 2022 Yamaha ATV broke down on the side of the road in Decatur, Georgia. The customer went to find help, and when he returned to his truck, the ATV was not there. He immediately contacted FIN GPS Security’s 24-hour theft recovery line, followed by local police.

FIN’s theft recovery team was able to track the ATV and relayed location data to the owner and to Georgia authorities. The customer also logged into the FIN app, where he could view event history, monitor his ATV in real-time and see vehicle battery status, which showed the battery voltage, strength of the GPS signal and — of course — it’s exact location. After getting his truck back up and running, the owner of the ATV met up with Georgia authorities near a residence in Decatur, Georgia, where his vehicle had been taken to by the thieves. The ATV could be seen from the road and was recovered without further incident.
