The original prototype was first developed in the 1980s to eliminate the need for carburetor removal by technicians when making adjustments, and was later adapted when the CV carburetor became the standard on Harleys. The new mixture screw quickly grew in popularity and became known as the EZ-Just 25 years ago. To date the EZ-Just has been sold around the world, and with over 2.5 million carbureted Harley models produced, demand for the EZ-Just continues.
Adding the EZ-Just mixture screw helps technicians or your customers who do their own work quickly make adjustments whenever changing pipes or intakes, often avoiding the need for a complete rejet. Once installed, a quick turn with your fingers allows you to adjust and fine tune the air idle mixture, giving you better idle control, low speed performance, while eliminating hesitation. This simple to install screw kit works great for bikes with a few miles on them, as well as new build ups. It gives you more tuning options without burning your fingers or fumbling with a screwdriver.
Available for all Constant Velocity CV carburetors used on 1990 – 2006 Harley Big Twin, Twin Cam and all Sportster models from these model years.
