Kawasaki Sells Headquarters in Irvine to Bixby Land Co.
Kawasaki Motors Corp. USA has sold its corporate headquarters in Irvine to Bixby Land Co. for $44.25 million. Kawasaki will remain a tenant at the 262,463 square foot building at 9950 Jeronimo Road, while Bixby plans to spend $20 million for an extensive redevelopment of the property.
