ADP Lightspeed and Progressive Announce Integration

ADP Lightspeed is now providing click-to-quote functionality with Progressive Insurance called "Talk to Me" within its LightspeedNXT dealer management system.

The "Talk to Me" integration, built into the Sales module of LightspeedNXT allows dealers, with the consent of customers, to pass information to Progressive. The customer will receive a call within minutes from a licensed insurance representative to discuss available insurance options and provide peace of mind about the total cost of ownership.

“Now dealers can help their customers get important protection beyond essential safety gear,” said John Seitz, senior sales representative at Progressive. “As the number one provider of motorcycle insurance, we understand what bikers want and need to protect their ride. Now dealers can help customers get insurance quickly as well as improve their customer service and closing ratios.”

“We are excited about the Progressive click-to-quote integration,” said Laurn Rice, vice president, Sales for ADP Lightspseed. “It helps the dealer provide the best customer service and close more deals without having to make further investments or introducing new time consuming procedures. It’s simple, it’s fast and it’s going to help dealers make more money.”

The click-to-quote integration is free to dealers already on LightspeedNXT and is available for use on version 3.9.3 of the software that was released in September 2010.
