Yoshimura R & D of America has launched a new program entitled,  “Team Yoshimura Training.” The unique training program is designed to teach dealers and consumers to speak the language of Yoshimura. The company says its 2-stage platform was developed to help inform consumers and provide frontline parts employees a way to gain company and product knowledge.

Stage 1 – Team Member: A consumer accessible quiz with an accompanying study guide reveals basic history and facts presented in an easy and interesting format with graduates of the 20-question quiz receiving a foil embossed certificate identifying them and their dealership. Graduates are prompted to enroll in the more advanced second stage.

Stage 2 – Team Champion: This password protected phase is designed to familiarize students with materials, processes and support systems that Yoshimura offers a consumer and is structured to establish a relationship between the student and Yoshimura R&D. Graduates can expect to invest about an hour getting through this phase and are rewarded with an exclusive carbon fiber award with their name laser etched on a titanium nameplate, that doubles as a pen holder (a $65 value).

Yoshimura says it will stay in contact with Team Champions through monthly newsletters announcing upcoming products and race team updates. Graduates are also invited to visit Yoshimura’s Chino, CA facility for guided tours of Racing, R&D and Manufacturing facilities.

For more information, visit www.yoshimura-rd.com and select "Team Yoshimura Training" or go to www.teamyoshimura.com for enrollment.
