Curtis Industries
Curtis Industries has introduced a modular cab system for the Kawasaki Teryx UTV that allows rapid transformation from a fully enclosed cab to an open-air ride in 60 seconds. A simple ROPS base frame with cab receiver mounts provides safety and easy installation of the modular components. The strong but lightweight hard-coated polycarbonate windshield quickly vents for varying temperatures and is designed and tested for full speed travel with the windshield open or closed. The roof, windshield and rear panel feature a unique, easy-on, no-tools, pin-to-slot connection and a heavy-duty quick-release latch. An optional wiper kit is also available.
Sedona
Sedona Storm utility ATV and UTV wheels are anodized matte black with machined aluminum spokes. These wheels are ultra strong, lightweight, include caps and are available in 12- and 14-inch sizes for many of the larger utility ATV and UTV quads on the market. PowerMadd
PowerMadd’s Cobra Windshield brand has introduced the first formed UTV half windshield — the Cobra UTV SportShield.
The shield is formed in a similar manner to the Cobra snowmobile windshields, which allows for a look that matches the UTV’s style. The form also allows for a “flip” that directs wind up and over the riders. The shields come in a tint or clear option and are currently available for the Yamaha Rhino, Kawasaki Teryx and the Polaris Ranger RZR.
Performance Electronics
Performance Electronics, Ltd. has introduced a fully programmable engine management system for quads that completely replaces the stock engine controller. This plug-and-play system, called The EDGE, gives the user complete tuning capability over all fuel injection and ignition parameters, as well as adjustable rev limits, fuel pump control, idle speed adjustment and data logging. The EDGE greatly simplifies tuning for the user by including base tuning maps that were developed in conjunction with professional riders and GT Thunder. Installation is simple and only requires that the controller be mounted to the quad and plugged into the stock wire harness.
Pro Armor
Pro Armor has released its doors for the Can Am Commander. These doors are all-aluminum construction to save weight and ensure strength and durability for any type of riding or racing. The doors are direct bolt-on and have a multi-point mounting system. The doors also feature an integrated automotive-grade slam latch. Installation is a breeze and only takes a few minutes. The doors are offered in brushed aluminum or powder-coated black. They retail at $599.95 for brushed aluminum and $649.95 for powder coated black.
TCB Brake Systems
TCB Brake Systems introduces the new TCB II Gas Charged Traction Control brake system. The TCB is easily installed on stock UTV/ATV disc brake system. By changing two banjo bolts (front and rear) vehicles can be equipped with an all-mechanical system that prevents wheel lock-up before it happens. The system comes with a lifetime warranty and retails at $158.
Quadrax
