Bitubo S.r.l., world champion race suspension experts since 1963, announced the launch of the WMM twin remote piggyback shocks designed, tuned and handmade in Italy for 2014 to current year Harley-Davidson Touring models.
They are easily adjustable with exposed remote reservoirs featuring a 12-click compression knob and five-position rebound adjustment lever. The 0.5-inch length extension and fine thread preload nut also help setup the ride for maximum performance. The are fully serviceable/rebuildable and include mounting brackets, a preload adjustment tool and long-life warranty.
Technical Features
The shock body is manufactured with high-resistance alloyed steel, 12-millimeter steel rod, separated aluminum compensation chamber and is nitrogen-gas pressurized with a floating piston oil/gas separator. They have precision CNC-machined billet aluminum alloy heads.
Adjustments:
- Rebound: five positions
- Compression: 12 clicks
- Spring preload: fine tune thread
The new WMM shocks will debut this year at Daytona Bike Week in Florida, March 10, 2022 and will be featured at select events throughout the season.
