HISUN Motors Explains ‘The Process’ in New Video

If for even a moment you think assembling a UTV or ATV is easy, imagine taking a game of Operation and your favorite Lego set and combining them together to be completed at the same exact time.

HISUN Motors Corp USA is proud to perform final assembly in McKinney, TX, on all ATVs and UTVs sold in the U.S.

If for even a moment you think assembling a UTV or ATV is easy, imagine taking a game of Operation and your favorite Lego set and combining them together to be completed at the same exact time. The process that goes into getting a HISUN unit fully assembled and ready to roll onto the showroom floor is anything but easy.

Every day at approximately 6:30 a.m. the lights are turned on in the main warehouse in McKinney, TX, where all HISUN USA products are fully assembled and thoroughly inspected. An assembly line made up of approximately 50 hardworking men and women hand assemble and test every HISUN produced in the U.S.

“It’s all about the rhythm, once our guys get in the zone, we keep on moving,” said Antione Lewis, production supervision for HISUN Motors Corp., USA. “We get focused and things start to click.”

“Our Assembly Techs are similar to the magician behind the curtain making sure everything is running smoothly,” said Shane Wilson, VP of operations for HISUN Motors Corp., USA. “The assembly of every HISUN unit requires discipline and an intense commitment to quality. Having the opportunity to turn that key and hear the crank of the engine for the very first time makes everything worth it.”

HISUN Motors gives you a glimpse into the craftsmanship that each Assembly Tech puts into every unit and familiarize yourself with the commitment and discipline it takes to get every unit ready for action.
