Demon Powersports, specializing in ATV and UTV products, redesigned their Heavy-Duty X-Treme Axle that increases surface area and minimizes fracture points with its smaller window. The axle has a thicker wall than the previous design and is constructed with 4340 Chromoly Steel inner cages and larger than OEM CV joints and center shafts, with wider articulation angles.

The axle components are dual heat treated to strengthen the molecular structure and utilize high quality Lithium-based molybdenum grease along with thermoplastic polyester elastomer CV boots.

All Demon Powersports axles are tested by professional on different terrains to ensure quality and performance.
