ARGO’s Top District Sales Managers Shuffled in Territory Realignment

ARGO has announced the shuffling of two of its top district sales managers as part of a Canadian territory realignment designed to further cement the company’s aggressive growth trajectory.

ARGO has announced the shuffling of two of its top district sales managers (DSM) as part of a Canadian territory realignment designed to further cement the company’s aggressive growth trajectory.

Effective immediately, Shawn Brodie will assume the district sales manager responsibility for all Ontario dealers while Frederick Hillier will dedicate 100 percent of his time to serving his Manitoba dealers in a more focused district sales manager role.

The changes will allow for more dedicated management of dealer accounts for each DSM as the company seeks to triple revenue and retail sales over the next couple of years.

Kevin Asselin vp sales & marketing, ARGO commented, “Year after year Frederick and Shawn have shown that they are not only capable of putting up impressive numbers but also that they have exceptional relationship building skills that have endeared them to dealers of all shapes and sizes. The territory realignment represents just one more building block that we needed to put in place as we continue to position ourselves for growth in the years ahead and I am extremely confident that both DSMs have what it takes to grow their respective markets and take us to that next level of success.”

Both Shawn and Frederick are ARGO’s longest serving and highest performing DSM’s. Shawn has been with ARGO since 2011 when he started as a technical training & applications specialist. After transitioning to the role of DSM, over the course of his tenure, Shawn has handled more than 20 states throughout the mid-west and east coast, quickly becoming one of ARGO’s top sales professionals and renowned for his technical training ability.

Frederick has been a DSM for over seven years, managing upwards of 45 dealerships and successfully growing the amphibious XTV market within ARGO’s home province of Ontario. Known for his proactive management style and hard work ethic, Frederick will be responsible for growing the Manitoba dealer base and market share for ARGO.
