Schuberth North America has named Mike Talarico as its marketing and PR manager as the company gears up for another year of growth. Mike has served as Schuberth North America’s technical communications manager since 2010, and will turn his focus on communicating the Schuberth and Held brand messages in his new role as marketing and PR manager.

“We are very excited to move Mike into the position of marketing and PR manager,” said Schuberth North America Vice President Randy Northrup. “The timing couldn’t have been better. We have been bolstering our dealer network and solidifying our marketing strategy, and we are confident that with Mike at the helm our communications to media, dealers and consumers will make a positive impact on both the Schuberth and Held brands.”

Talarico got his start in the motorcycle industry as a pioneer at Intersport Fashion West, where he was responsible for the implementation of sales programs for premium European helmets including the first wave of Schuberth helmets to hit the U.S. market. He also spent time at Scorpion USA as director of customer service and training, and has additional experience as a helmet and apparel specialist at Parts Unlimited.

For the last five years Mike has served as technical communications manager at Schuberth North America, where he created an extensive dealer portal to ease the ordering process and provide essential materials to dealers. Mike is also a factory-trained Schuberth Master Service Technician, which he puts to use in creating online learning content on the Schuberth North America YouTube channel.

“I am excited to transition into this new role.” Talarico said. “This new opportunity will allow me to share my extensive history with the Schuberth brand along with my passion for the products we create with our customers, dealers and the media. I cannot wait to share the Schuberth story with fellow riders.”
