Pro Taper Partners with Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Team

Pro Taper has announced a partnership with the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Team for the 2015 racing season and beyond. After winning the 2014 AMA 250 West Supercross title with Jason Anderson, the team will return as the sole factory U.S. Husqvarna SX/MX effort and will use and endorse Pro Taper’s product line of Fuzion handlebars, sprockets and grips.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing will compete in the 450 and 250 classes in both the AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross series with riders Jason Anderson, Martin Davalos, Zach Osborne and Zach Bell.
“We were looking for a long term partner that could supply us with control components we could trust to continue to race for championships year after year,” said Team Manager Dave Gowland.
“We’re very excited for the relationship we were able to form with such an exciting brand like Pro Taper. With decades of experience and innovation in their respective market, we know our team and riders will be equipped with the best products available,” said Team Owner Bobby Hewitt.
“I couldn’t be happier about having proven championship contenders like the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Team representing the Pro Taper brand. They provide us with much more than just competitive race results; their twin semi pit presence will allow us to showcase our product line directly to our target customers at 29 events across the country. We are excited about partnering with two hugely successful global brands like Husqvarna and Rockstar Energy and look forward to seeing what they can achieve in the coming season,” said Paul Perebijnos, Pro Taper Brand Manager.
