Scottoiler Distribution USA has announced the new Scottoiler vSystem Kawasaki edition chain oiler to suit Kawasaki motorcycles from 2002 to present.
“The new Kawasaki edition Scottoiler vSystem is an exciting new addition to our range of brand and model specific kits” said Roger Kirwin. “Everything the Kawasaki owner needs to install a Scottoiler on their 2002 and up Kawasaki, regardless of year or model, is included in the box”.
For owners of pre 2002 models, adaptors are available free of charge.
“We expect our Kawasaki edition Scottoiler to quickly become one of this season’s top sellers in our comprehensive range of chain oilers” Kirwin added.
The Scottoiler vSystem works by drawing a very small vacuum from the engine’s manifold, carburetor or throttle body (depending on model). This vacuum opens an adjustable flow valve in the lubricant reservoir, which typically installs under the motorcycle’s seat. Low-tack Scottoil chain lubricant is then gravity fed via a clear tube, down to the rear sprocket and onto the chain. Recommended setting is just one drop per minute to keeps the bike’s chain at maximum operating efficiency.
Fitment of a Scottoiler extends chain and sprocket life by up to seven times, provides for a smoother power transmission to the rear wheel and significantly extends chain maintenance intervals. Installation time is approximately one hour.
Scottoiler automatic chain oilers are manufactured in Scotland.
MSRP of the Scottoiler vSystem Kawasaki edition is $139.95.
