In an effort to show their support to their loyal powersports dealers, Parts Unlimited continued their annual tradition of hosting the UP300 (Upper Peninsula) and RM400 (Rocky Mountain) Dealer Rides in Marquette, Mich. and Crested Butte, Colo., respectively.
This is the 11th year Parts Unlimited has hosted the rides and it provides an excellent opportunity for those qualifying dealers to further their relationships with prominent industry brands, Parts Unlimited dealer representatives and other dealers in a casual environment.
The dealers are rewarded with a trip down performance alley where they can talk with some of the industry-leading brands about new products, take advantage of some additional discounts on their orders, enjoy multiple group lunches and dinners, and of course roost around on some of the best trails in the United States!
“The trails are awesome! Some of the best I’ve ever ridden,” said Mike Trulen from Power Pac, the Parts Unlimited dealer of the year. “It’s a great honor (to win dealer of the year). I have the best rep in the world, no question. He helps me wherever he can and he’s not just a sales person, he’s a friend.”
The UP300 ride took place on September 11 – 14, 2010 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and featured multiple loops of epic trails laid out by the Sand Stormers Motorcycle Club and Moose Racing’s own, Dick Burleson.
The RM400 ride took place on September 20 – 24, 2010 in the Rocky Mountains, north of Denver. This ride was a bit different than the UP300 as it featured a point-to-point trail format that utilized hundreds of miles of trails and fire roads cut through the picturesque mountainside.
