Motorsport Aftermarket Group Sells Renthal Limited, Tucker Signs Multi-Year Distribution Agreement

As part of this sale, MAG has entered into a multi-year distribution agreement that will continue the strong brand sales through industry leading distribution.

Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG) announced the sale of Renthal Limited based in Manchester, England, to Renthal’s founder, Henry Rosenthal.

Since MAG’s purchase of Renthal over 10 years ago, Rosenthal has remained in an active leadership role supporting the Renthal management team.

Rosenthal’s desire to reacquire the business aligns with MAG’s strategy to exit the last of its European Operations.

“Renthal has performed very well under MAG ownership, and we are excited to continue our close relationship as their leading U.S. distributor going forward. Henry’s passion and experience in the off road market gives us confidence in the brand’s continued success built upon great products,” said Andy Graves, MAG’s president and CEO.

As part of this sale, MAG has entered into a multi-year distribution agreement that will continue the strong brand sales through industry leading distribution. Renthal will continue to develop, manufacture and promote industry leading products while Tucker Powersports will continue its focus on providing the highest level of sales and service support to U.S. dealers.

MAG remains committed to invest in its portfolio of off road brands to build a stronger presence in this growing and important powersports market segment. Chris Lindstrom, President of MAG’s Off Road Group, said the group will “hold true to its vision – Inspiring powersports riders by developing and delivering the most desired brands.”
