Monimoto is a smart GPS alarm/tracker for motorcycles. It is extremely easy to install and use, it has no wires and is powered by disposable batteries. The company developed algorithms to ensure battery lifetime is 9 to 12 months.
The owner has a small plastic key fob, which is a bluetooth based proximity key. If the key is around (few meters), Monimoto does not pay attention to motion and vibrations.
If the key is away, Monimoto can waken up by motion. It will then call the owner and send location details to the owner’s smartphone.

How does Monimoto work?
When Monimoto detects movement, it will search for a key fob. If the key fob is not around (thus the owner is not near the vehicle), the device will initiate the alarm procedure – call its owner’s phone and start sending GPS location data to the mobile app.
