Meet Buyers Where They’re Shopping | MotoMinute

Jacob Berry discusses motorcycle listing syndication and getting more leads from existing inventory.

A dealership’s buyer isn’t only on its website — so the inventory shouldn’t be either. That’s according to Jacob Berry of MotoHunt.

Dealers often list units on their own site and call it done, but buyers are shopping marketplaces, Google and Facebook. Berry recommends getting inventory onto the marketplaces buyers actually use and syndicating it out through Google and Meta ads.

The listing itself matters too. Good photos, an accurate description and real-time pricing make the difference. A great unit with bad photos will lose to an average unit that’s merchandised well.

More eyes plus better listings means more leads from the same inventory a dealership already has. “The best unit on your lot is worthless if nobody can find it,” Berry said.
