HISUN Takes On Robby Gordon Off-Road World Championships

Known widely for its National MX track, Glen Helen provided the perfect combination of obstacles with the its steep hills, jumps and banking.

On Friday, Nov. 30 through Sunday, Dec. 2, the first annual Robby Gordon Off-Road World Championships took place at the infamous Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California. Known widely for its National MX track, Glen Helen provided the perfect combination of obstacles with the its steep hills, jumps and banking.

In the 250 UTV class HISUN had three competing drivers, James O’Neal from Simi Valley, CA; Max Gordon from Lake Havasu City, AZ; and Brody Aikins from Peoria, AZ. Gordon showed distinctive skills and control pushing through every turn on the track. Aikins remained in the middle of the action all weekend long mixing it up and battling for position. O’Neal showed promising experience applying pressure all weekend long while competing against drivers nearly twice his age.
