Galfer USA has released a complete line kit for the 2014 Kawasaki ZX-14R ABS that replaces the stock rubber hoses for the brake and hydraulic clutch systems with high-performance and high-durability braided steel lines. All Galfer line kits are designed and assembled in-house at their production facility in Oxnard, CA to exacting specifications to ensure excellent performance and proper fit.

Braided steel brake lines from Galfer USA improve braking performance and feel at the lever by removing the flex that often occurs in OEM rubber lines under pressure, transmitting 100 percent of the pressure at the lever to the caliper, and maximum feedback from the braking system to the rider. This 5-line kit extends the same benefits of improved feel and feedback to the hydraulic clutch system by encasing the clutch line in the same braided steel.

In addition to the substantial performance benefits, braided steel lines also dramatically increase braking and clutch system durability by protecting fragile hoses from the elements and abrasion. The steel fibers act as an added layer of flexible armor, shielding the inner hose.

Installation of this ZX-14R ABS kit is easy thanks to the pre-oriented banjo fittings that are turned to the appropriate angle for OEM positioning right out of the box. Both ends of each included line are labeled for clarity, and the included instructions clearly show the proper installation process. Galfer backs all of its line kits with a lifetime warranty.
