Bridgestone Battlecross X31 Motocross Tire

Bridgestone’s newest motocross tire introduces technology that raises the bar in traction, stability, and strong performance in a wider spectrum of intermediate to soft terrain.

Bridgestone has announced the launch of its newest motocross tire, the Bridgestone Battlecross X31. Starting where the X30 tire left off, the Battlecross X31 is enhanced with Bunker Groove technology, which results in greater traction in both harder and softer terrains. Bunker Groove works by improving casing flex which enhances traction in harder terrain and adds biting edges for traction in softer conditions. Cooling Fins keep the feel consistent throughout your moto.

The new Bridgestone Battlecross X31 applies Bridgestone’s Castle Block Technology on the shoulder blocks of the front tire and all the blocks on the rear tire. Through a convex section in its block, Castle Block Technology enhances traction thanks to an extra edge effect. The Castle Block Technology also increases contact pressure and gives a secure contact feel on slippery underground, improves grip and consistency on changing surfaces, and the additional edge effect provides higher cornering grip and traction on different types of terrain.

A new pattern design, with an asymmetric block pattern for the rear, also improves the Bridgestone Battlecross X31’s traction performance, together with a lower block ratio for increased working range. The redefined bunker groove size and positioning increase contact touch, enhance the tire’s biting edges when the lugs are fully embedded in soft terrain, enhance grip and traction performance, and create lower tread rigidity for optimal stability. This is combined with the addition of Cooling Fins on the Bridgestone Battlecross X31’s sidewall, which creates air turbulence through the sidewall protrusions, enhances the cooling effect on the tire surface, leads to less degradation and gives the tire a consistent performance throughout your moto and the life of the tire.

Bridgestone’s latest motocross tire will be available in six sizes and will be on the market in the first quarter of 2022.

“Motocross is a cornerstone to our motorcycle community and we are really excited for this new advancement in our Battlecross line,” said Jared Williams, general manager of motorcycle products at Bridgestone Americas. “We want to give everyone, from the beginner to the pro, the best tire to win. We believe that’s exactly what the new X31 does.”

The Polaris RZR PRO R 4 Ultimate just got even better with the Eibach PRO-UTV Spring System. With adjustments to the combined spring rate and crossovers, Eibach is proud to have achieved a smooth and planted ride.
