Rocket Harley-Davidson Announces Ryan Raleigh as New General Manager

Rocket Harley-Davidson has announced its new general manager, Ryan Raleigh, effective this month. Raleigh has been an employee of Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) since 2009 and is the former general sales manager at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, NM.

Raleigh has been an employee of Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE) since 2009 and is the former general sales manager at Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, NM. In his new role, Raleigh will be tasked with general oversight of the dealership, sales performance, customer service and other management responsibilities.

Before Raleigh joined SFE, he worked with Hewlett-Packard and was responsible for building an inside sales team before quickly moving into the field District Manager position, and ultimately overseeing more than $165M in annual revenue, a 100 percent increase from when he first took the position. His experience continued within SFE, serving in multiple leadership roles leading up to his promotion to general manger of Rocket Harley-Davidson.

Raleigh has owned close to 50 motorcycles, and logged more than 100,000 miles on the road. “My passion for riding and for the Harley-Davidson brand has truly taken me to a level I never thought possible,” said Raleigh. “My goal is to create an exceptional customer service culture at Rocket Harley-Davidson, making it a premier destination for riders and non-riders throughout the Tennessee Valley.
